A Shipping and Handling charge will be charged to applicable products and services.

All prices may be subject to change at any time.

All quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of the original quote.

Do not send us cash as a method of payment by U.S. Mail or any other delivery service.

Make sure to send all payments before your due date. Service will not be rendered until all payments are cleared including but not limited to the amount of time needed for any payment to be cleared by our financial institution. See section below concerning late fees and account termination.

We require a 25% non-refundable deposit for all new accounts. Balance of your account is due after your final approval of your web site in writing and before your web site can be uploaded to the server.

For existing accounts, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit on the packages you have ordered. Balance of your account is due after your final approval of your new packages in writing and before your new packages can be uploaded to the server.

Any monthly service fees are due on the first day of each month. A late fee of will applied to your next monthly service charge. Your account will be terminated immediately if payment is not received by the second day of that month. Any amount due will be sent to a collection agency.

We accept personal checks. Make sure that we receive your personal check at least one week before payment is due to allow our financial institution to clear your payment. There is a $50 service fee for all checks that do not clear our financial institution. From that point, we will only accept credit card payments for your account balance.

Failure to follow any of our guidelines will result in the immediate termination of your account.
