Web Accessibility (Access Keys)
Our web site has the following keyboard shortcuts (access keys) to improve page navigation and web accessibility to people with disabilities. To avoid browser hot key conflicts, we only use numeric keys (zero through nine).

Each major browsers (the latest version) have different invocation to utilize these access keys and are also dependent on the operatin system. Refer to the following as a guideline to use our access keys in the Microsoft Windows based system.
- Internet Explorer: Press Alt and AccessKey at the same time, then press Enter key.
- Mozilla: Press Alt and AccessKey at the same time
- Mozilla FireFox: Press Alt and AccessKey at the same time
- Netscape: Press Alt and AccessKey at the same time
- Opera: Not available
- Macintosh system: Use the Ctrl key instead of the Alt key in the above guidelines.
Web Accessibility (Additional Details)
To improve accessibility and experience to our web site, we have implemented the following features:
- Skipping directly to main content as described in the section above
- Using color safely to allow for colorblindness
- Using real links not pseudo-links
- Adding meaningful titles to links
- Defining keyboard shortcuts as described in the section above
- Opening a new browser window only if you click on a link that refers to an external site.
- Defining all acronyms and abbreviations
- Using real lists
- Providing text equivalents for images and all non-text objects
- Using relative font size that may be changed through your browser options
- Using real headers
- Labeling form elements
- Making our entire web site searchable
Navigation Bar
Our navigation bar must have Javascript enabled in your browser to work properly and display the drop-down options. If our menu does not seem to work, you can always use our site map page to navigate our web site.
